What if I’m single and want deluxe or standard accommodations?

You will be placed with others (of the same gender) who have registered for the same type of accommodations.

Will I be sharing my room with others?

In general, camp accommodations are shared accommodations.  We always do our best to give families and couples privacy, but cannot guarantee this in Economy or Standard housing.  Think of camp as an opportunity for fellowship.  Another idea you might want to consider is to sign up together with another family or friends to share accommodations.

Is my deposit refundable?

Unfortunately, because we are contracted to pay for a certain number of spots to Forest Home, deposits are generally not refundable.

Are there scholarships available?

Yes, several partial scholarships are available based on financial need.  Please do not allow your financial situation to prevent you from attending fall conference.  If you have a financial need and want to attend the conference, please contact a pastoral ministry team member as soon as possible for a scholarship application.

What is included in my registration fees?

Admittance to conference sessions, materials, accommodations, 5 meals (beginning with breakfast on Saturday and ending with lunch on Sunday), various recreational activities, children and youth programs are included in your registration fee.
